Paolo Pepori - CEO
Paolo Pepori is CEO at Gep S.p.a. and has over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology and Electronic Engineering fields.
He graduated at the Politecnico di Torino University - Italy - in Electronic Engineering and is fluent in both English and French.

He worked in several companies in the field of IT and became General Director and CEO of some of them. He also carried out the start up of many American companies in Italy specializing his knowledges in new technology solutions focusing on Smart Cards realization.
In 1999 he established the Gep S.p.A. developing and creating products, researching sources and partners. He identified in the satisfaction of human being requirements the main factor of success offering a wide range of innovative products. The basic elements of success have been the security and RF-Id fields where he developed the electronic ID at first and then the electronic Passport and Passa-Sport making Gep S.p.a. become the leader company in security and RF technology.
Dayton Marcucci - CTO
Dayton Marcucci is Chief Technology Officer at Gep S.p.A., the chips and system division of ArjoWiggins Security. He has over 20 years of experience in the information technology industry, 14 years of which in the security and smart card fields. Past professional experience has included Java Card technology Product Manager for Orga Kartensysteme, and Applications Development Manger at Incard. Moreover has also worked as software and system integration consultant for companies such as Visa International, Alenia Aerospace, FIAT and New England Telephone.
Dayton graduated with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and has studied Computer Engineering at Boston University.
